Can your games be set to free play?
What if a machine won't fit inside my venue?
Central Amusement has experience delivering games to most major hotels and conference centres. Nevertheless, the saying is true, measure twice and deliver once! If we are dealing with unusually large items, private homes, office buildings, or second floor locations, Central Amusement will visit your venue in advance to assess any accessibility issues it may have.
Do you deliver and setup the games?
Yes. Central Amusement will deliver and setup the games but we do not provide staffing during your event. We deliver and remove games from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you require delivery outside these times, please let us know and special arrangements may be possible. Finally, depending on your location in Atlantic Canada, delivery charges may apply.
How long does it take to deliver the games?
Central Amusement prefers a 14 day lead time between the rental booking and the actual event. If you require equipment faster than that we may be able to accommodate you depending on the availability of the games you are interested in.
What kind of power is required?
All of Central Amusement's games utilize a standard 110 volt plug.
Can games be setup outside?
No, Central Amusment's video games cannot be operated outdoors under any circumstances (e.g., tents, open air stages, etc.).
Is Central Amusement insured?
Central Amusement confirms that all equipment supplied is well maintained and covered by public liability insurance.
